My Ride With Tarzan Yamada in the Cyber Evo
To tell you the truth, I don't think an ALMS Viper could beat the EVO's time around Tsukuba. That is if you throw a set of real racing slicks on the EVO rather than running DOT tires like they always do.

but that's not their style... and also the track isn't exactly favoring, it's a low speed track for all arguements, there's hardly a straight on it. max mph is like 120... maybe??? (gt4 players can chime in).
certain there are cars made for certain motorsports. which is why saying any one car is made perfectly is utterly ridiculous in every perspective.

holy frickin threadjack! Wow. Anyway to answer a couple questions i saw:
Tarzan seemed very down to earth to me but probably because i could only say "thank you", "hello" and his name in Japanese. It was a real honor. Now all i have to do is ride with Keiichi Tsuchia and Ken Nomura and i can die happy.
The car was not very harsh and did seem to be boosting less then i expected.
i did not get any video of the Simrace but i rammed together some of my footage quick of the event:

Umm . . . No. It just means that a Viper has not beat the EVO on that particular track yet. Vipers are not slow. No one ever said that.
Someone asked for evidence that an EVO could outperform a viper. If you care to dispute that, show us track times of the Cyber EVO or the TRB-02 compared to a viper where the viper was faster.
