Headlight intake conversion - EvoDave?

I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to convert my driver side headlight into an intake. I would like to keep the HID part of it but could care less about the high beam / fog light portion. I was thinking to dremel out an elipse where the high beam and fog light spot was and then form some sort of plastic in there sealing it back up. Has anyone done this before? What should I use to cut the light and what should I use to seal it back up (Both the plastic and sealant).

Thanks for the help guys!

Do a search on this I believe ( 99.999% positive) that Dave offers this service already, replaces the fog light part.

yes evodave does this, he has a thread started about it if you can find it. It costs a pretty penny though, I think $350 or something like that.

EvoDave is having issues right now with the guy that fabricated the tubing for the intake so they are not doing business anymore so Dave is looking elsewhere and hopefully will be offering this service to us soon as I also want to get one.

Those are very slick - hopefully he finds a new guy to make the tubing.
