Alky with anything is an improvement. I suggest you search for it to find out more as there are tons of threads about it in the Water/Methanol Injection thread. In short though, by injecting the methanol it effectively raises your octane and allows for more boost and it helps suppress knock.

Since a 35R doesn't really shine til above ~25 psi, it's preferrable to use alky injection so you can run more boost..

Can the same numbers be ran with say ~30psi/alky/93 as ~30psi/no alky/race gas??? (with the 35r and 2.3) What are the general trends when comparing these two setups in terms of power vs. psi?

Hey bro i would def do it. But not without a 2.3l or 2.4 bottom end. Jus for ****s n giggles, i installed the 35r on my stock 2.0l, and it sucked... Dont get me wrong, after u slept thru first gear u could feel the power difference, but as far as daily driving, it sucked. I just got my car back form turbotrix tonight, and damn!!! This thing i scary as hell!lol I made 454hp and 400tq at 22psi. I have the 35r from peakboost, a 2.4l block ,weisco 9.0.1 comp, AEM EMS, Full race head with 1mm bigger intake and exhaust valves, HKS DLI II, an electronic boost cont., 1000cc inj custom upper n lower pipes, ams intercooler, ACT 6 puck,...and some other little stuff. The guys at TurboTrix installed, and tuned it IN ONE WEEK! These guy are the ****!lol. If you can live without your car for a week, i recomend you look them up. I have to take it back in the morning so they can tune it for c116
If you have any other questions feel free to pm me. Good luck with your car bro.

Gt35 is a little too laggy for a daily driver...honestly I think a 50 trim would be a better option for day to day street use.

Im installing my AMS GT35RL kit next weekend, as I still have parts to buy. Here is what I am putting on my car over the next couple of weeks.

AMS GT35RL kit
AMS Downpipe
AMS Testpipe
AMS FMIC
AMS UICP
AMS LICP
AMS Fuel Rail
Aeromotive FPR
Hallman MBC
ARP Headstuds/Rod bolts
HKS 272 Cams
780cc Injectors

Really not gonna be daily driven, but probably driven 3-4 days out of the week to work. My other car and bike need love too.

Honestly the 50 trim would be a little better spool for daily driving but I love the 35r its a lot of fun driving with it. I have no problems and it has plenty of get up and go Just downshift. That is the key put yourself in a rpm band that will allow for easy spool.

I did a lot of research on this before I got my turbo, I basically just decided that the GT35 wasn't really what I needed and I use my car as a daily driver. I would go with either the Green or a 50 trim.
