You said that you have smoke coming from your oil filler cap?. if you have smoke coming from the cap with it off and engine running that means there is alot of blow by pass the rings. Your ring lands are broken!
A compression, or leak down test WILL tell you if 1 of the pistons are broken. Plus you said there is coolent in the oil, that tells me you may have broken a cylinder wall and that is how coolent is getting into the oil

i mean isnt it gonna hurt the engine by doing compression test with no engine oil in it and the situation like this???

Put oil back in your car first, then do a compression test. At this point something is already not right, so doing a compression test will only help you try to narrow down the problem. Sounds to me either way the head is going to have to come off. Post your mods or logs for everyone to check out. Good luck.
Since you have coolant in your oil...you need to seek the advice of a qualified mechanic. No offense to anyone on here, but internet forums are the leading source of mis-information. Get a professional.

i try to turn the engin on with new oil in it,,,,,,,it is seized,,,,all i hear is 'poop' sound....cant even rotate the engin to do the compression test.......
i think i broke somethin like connecting rod....i dont know yet.,...i think i have to tow it to either pruven performance or turbo trix....

Do a cylinder leakage test first not a compression test. This way you don't have to turn your motor over.

You cannot do a leak down test without turning the engine over to get each piston to TDC in order to do it with the valves closed. I cannot believe some of the crap that I read on the internet. yesevo, do not even take another thing off of your car or mess with it, just take it to someone who knows what they are doing. If you scored the cylinder walls badly it may need to be sleeved (not a big deal), if it took out any portion of the block internally then you may be in trouble. At least you have not knocked a hole in the bloack.....
i cant believe it is happening to me......my car is only putting out like 37owhp with methanol and well street custom tuned,,,,, i m sure my methanol was spraying whenever i hit the boost,and i always have a habit to check .,,,,so there is no way im runing lean,.,,,,
