I waited a year for my replacement exhaust from Gruppe-S.... but the end result was I eventually got it and now Im happy with it again.

I'm still waiting for them to warranty exchange my Helix V1 downpipe. I've tried to contact them on numerous occassions, spoken to Daniel and they have chosen to ignore me. I've made several purchases with them, but will no longer do business with them. Their service has suffered since Cal left for Speed Element.

RS wheels are special order only. wait time is 4 weeks. Then you wait another month for ocean freight or you can pay a bit more and have it air shipped i go thru supplier from japan so no cargo wait time for me

I was affraid of this happening, so i'm just going to wait and hope some used or in stock (in the US) Advans show up on here for sale by the end of the summer.

I'll pick up the first pair i find for a reasonable price.

I waited 6-7 months for a set of Work Meister S1 rims.
They were custom order rims from Japan
Before the order I knew the wait time.
My purchase was not from Gruppe-S
It does seem like your order is a little over due though

hopefully you'll get your rims soon. I personally try to find a local dealer that has their items in stock.

makes you think maybe its easier and cheaper to fly(for me that is dad works for united) to japan and buy the rims directly. and just bring them back.

sounds like a bad deal, they gave me the run around once. i told them to forget it, hanv'nt been back since. i went with z1, no problems.

and many others, not as bad as Accolade or Vivid. Gruppe-s actually tries to help the customer once it goes public.

well i've tried two transactions with gruppe and none of them went through, i think they have too much business therefore there is going to be good customer service, but there will be bad, i think i was just unlucky to get hit twice, but they do have a problem promoting a part, and not getting it out, i've been waiting for three months now for my suspension, and just ended up going somewhere else and buying a different one. And it was annoying cause i was trying to contact the individual about what's going on with the suspension, and had to pm them about 8 to 9 times, before i ended up getting a call back on the phone, and the guy was all pissed off, the first thing he said was "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" i was like "DAMN, i was about to just start cussing him out, and give him an attitude, but i remained professional. Ya know a lot of people can give you an attitude if they want, it's their perogative, but a salesman? i dont' think so, for me, i don't ever intend to work with gruppe s again. I'm sure they will be great for many others, but not for me, there are not three strikes here, only two and a funked up phone call to be on my shiet list.

last year, I got a set of hid's for my wrx from gruppe-s. Shortly after installing them (a couple weeks), one of the ballasts blew out. After trying to get ahold of them for a few weeks (never got calls returned ), i finally spoke with a person. They told me that they "don't talk with the manufacturer of the hid's anymore and i can't get my money back."
