Its funny too, because half of us were ready to buy rims from these guys - definitely not going to now since they wont answer emails/PM's unless they come to the party quicksmart!

I am also disappointed in their customer service. I have helix warranty claim faxed to them a while back but never got a response. I emailed them and never got a response. I will never buy anything from them.

First off Stewart, the order was place on January 16 2006 (Today’s date being 6/7/06). The wait you have endured is most unacceptable, however please keep in mind we are not holding back the wheels from you. It would not be in our best interest to obtain money from you and not deliver any wheels.
Most of you, who stated that they may be backordered in Japan, are correct. Upon phoning with Yokohama Japan on many occasions we were told that the Gold Advan RS (for some reason) have been backordered. We had relayed this messaged to you, merely as a messenger. I am fairly confident in saying that other vendors who sell the Advan wheels that may have ordered the GOLD RS will be dealing with the same issue of the delay in the Gold RS’.
Stewart, I have just called our correspondent in Japan and can guarantee that it will be on this container landing 6/13/06.

thanks daniel. I am not bashing you or gruppe-s, it is just all other advan wheels I have seen people getting the wait time has not been near as long. I will still continue through with my order.
