Turning yellow can also be avoided with regular waxing with a product that has a UV protection. Carbon fiber and its associated resins don’t like direct sunlight.

If i don't get an exact replacement, I'll make them keep their spoiler and I'll get mine re-cleared.

 

You might as well get yours re-cleared now instead of waiting because you wont get a direct replacement....

I got a call from my dealer a little over a week ago saying that my spoiler was in. I had them double check to see if had the carbon fiber inner support legs and was told it did. Mine was placed on order the second week of January. I'll probably go over the dealer monday morning after I get off work to triple check the spoiler and get it shot if it's right. When I went in for the brakes I was told that mitsu wouldn't cover the peeling calipers b/c it is caused by people over heating the brakes and going through the car wash. I kinda found that to be funny so I called MMNA and talked to a lady there. She called the district rep who said he would get in touch with the dealer and they would call me, it's been 2 1/2 weeks now,no word. I'll probably call MMNA again on monday as well if they aren't open on saturdays.

 

where is the fact about the IX's being partial carbon?? i keep seeing people saying its ABS plastic on forums but cant find creditble sources to back up that fact.
im pretty sure the IX wing is full carbon fiber
