Problem w/Forge Unos again.

I was driving yesterday morning, and as I accelerated 1st into 2nd gear I noticed it started to pull pretty hard, as I hit 3rd and accelerated hard, it started pulling incredibly(much more than normal)! I looked at my boost gauge and noticed I was hitting 26-27 PSI (my MBC is set @ 21 PSI). I tested it in 3rd again and confirmed that my MBC was sticking, causing it to hit 27-28 PSI. I took it easy until I was able to address the problem. I tapped the outside of the MBC several times with a large tape measure and test drove it, it has worked fine ever since.
Has anyone else experienced these same problems with their MBC? Or is this just a unique thing isolated to the Forge Unos (I had a big problem in the beginning and had to remove it, dislodge the stuck ball and apply some lube).

It's happened to me again as too. I'm going to clean it again this weekend. Here's the thread where Mike@Forge explains the situation and the best procedures on cleaning it. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ght=forge+unos Be sure to clean the the bleed hole on the back of the unit.

1st, thanks to all the replies.
But should you have to be disassembling an MBC only 5 months after you bought it, after I had to do that within the 1st 3 days of the original install?! That's bogus!
Do Hallmans do the same thing?

Your unit must be defective in some manner as this type of problem is very rare

Send it in to forge and ask them for one of the new unos units which have proven 100% reliable
