On a side note, the grill up front makes for a nice moth catcher.

I noticed the other day , right behind my rear door, where the rear quater pantel meets, I have like 6 rocks chips from gravel.
silvrevo, I have the exact same problem, 3 stone chips on the entire car right behind the back door passenger side. Unfortunately mine is black and the chiped surface is white. Very thin paint. Bummer

My silver Evolution is already chipped badly.
My road conditions are bad but this paint is weak!!!
My aluminum hood is already dented from a rock!!!
On my way to work I pass gravel trucks, farm equipment, and tons of salt and sand. I work in redneck/gravel pit/snow country.
My 12 year Audi has fewer paint chips than my 1 month old Evolution!!! I bought some stonegard but I was waiting to see if will repaint the rear quarter before I install it. This paint quality is the worst I have seen.
One more thing...
The front rocker should be flared more to prevent rocks from hitting the rear quarter. The tire clearly protrudes past the rocker.

Hello would you hear us out? I'd easily pay an extra $1000 for high quality paint. Why not make it optional like ralliart paint package with factory front and wheel well stone guard. Most of us would pay for that option.

I ordered a botle of touch-up paint from my dealership on Saturday. It will be in on Thursday. I also plan on using Langka to take away the blobs. I bought a bottle or two of the stuff about 2 years ago with the grand intentions of touching up my last car, but never did. I hope the stuff has kept well and works as well as they say it does!
I have a pretty anoying gouge on the hood near the front edge. It's actually two gouges next to each other. I also have a few small chips/holes in other places. At least it doesn't show that easily with white.

I forget what I Was charged for the bottle of paint. Something around $9 maybe. I have the receipt at home. It was like $16 for the oil filter, washer, paint, and tax.
GPTourer: My dealership didn't have the white in stock, that's all. But the white was the same code as from some other vehicle, with a different name than "Weightless White" of course.
