Huh? Your parts on their Evo? No, you get a base flash that is based off those mods. al has done about 3000 flashes, so he has a large database of tunes. YOu have nothing to worry about if you only have a TBE and drop-in filter. The filter is irrelevant, and exhausts hardly affect the tune. It doesn't matter which exhaust you have.

A fuel pump upgrade is not required, but is recommended. Absolutely no reason to buy an entire ECU. YOu really do go overboard in you're thinking - quite the extremist. We haven't had one report of a dealership detecting a flash and subsequently voiding the warranty. If you're THAT worried about it, then don't get a TBE to begin with, and then get the Tactrix cable and EcuFlash software so that you can flash yourself back to stock whenever you want. Absolutely no reason for another ECU, and other ECUs aren't compatible anyway unless you go to the dealer and have them synchronize it with your car.

No not my actual physical parts but my list but you answered my question regardless with the database thingy. See this is why I rather go in and get a custom tune in house instead of a mail-in to get the most out of my specific mods because all cars react different and certain mods have better potential then others. Yes it will cost more but the tuning would most likely yield better results but hey you get what you pay for. Too bad none of the good tuners live near me. But like you said, and I agree, mail-in is a hella of a good deal and cheap if you're imaptient or lack a shop near you..

Hehe I got schooled. Thanks for the answers and time. Time for me to research/buy a pump, exhaust

Well, yes, everyone agrees that a custom tune is always better than a mail-in/base flash, but you take what you can get. That's why Dynoflash's custom tunes are $399 while the mail-ins are $199 - it's more work, more results, and it's perfectly matched to your car. However, the difference in performance from a base flash to a custom flash is way less than the difference between the stock tune and a base flash. I challenge you to find another mod where you can gain 30whp for $199. Your exhaust will give you less power for 4 times the cost while making the car louder, emissions illegal, and being 100% detectable by the dealer. Think about that...
