If you paid with PayPal I wouldn't worry. Others on here have said they got screwed but I've filed a dispute with them twice and got my money back both times. They do a good job of contacting the seller and asking for proof of shipment. If they ignore it or can't provide it then you get you're money back
I'd definitely do it right away though. At this point you should just get your money back, potential IC or not.

Yeah... if I was lagging in shipping something legitimately, I'd at least offer an explanation as to what's the holdup... not say "you'll get your **** asap and that's all you need to know period....."
Always try to keep track of your order and to keep yourself updated of what's going on. Some companies could be busy and just backed up on their parts/shipping. Without knowing this company though, it does seem to be a very sticky situation.

ok well, i just got back from lunch. i didn't get any reply from him. he's still online right now "Viewing Index evolutionm.net @ 02:01 PM "
sup mark, this is a 3rd/private party transaction. plus, if he has time to be viewing the forum then he should be able to take 2 min to type a reply to me. i dunno. just my opinion. i've only asked 3 questions:
-why did you lie and use someone else's pic?
-when are you going to ship my part?
-when should i expect to receive it?

He took my money too...
For decency's sake, I havent gone public and have given Nick Nyugen every chance to respond, but apparently I wasnt worthy of one, so guess what, time for me to speak publicly:
On July 4th, he PM'd me that he had a stock manifold he would sell me for 75 shipped. I asked him if it was ready to go and he quickly responded, yes. He also confirmed he was paypal verified, so I sent him the money ASAP. I trusted him and shouldnt have.
EDIT - Here is the PM information:

Once he got the money, he quit replying. 3 days later, he read all my PM's, but wouldnt reply. Even for simple PM's like where I asked if he got my payment and when it will ship out. This made me think immediately I was being scammed.
I even posted on one of his threads (about the wheel locks) and still no response.

I was later contacted by another member (not the original poster) and he felt he was scammed as well. I will not name him and will let him speak up for himself.
This was a sign for me. I finally sent him a PM saying I was filing a paypal complaint and he read that PM as well, with no response. So, I decided to file a claim and dispute it.
I am a 30 year old IT professional and honestly, 75 bux is not something to die over, but its the principle of it all. I ship stuff ASAP and provide communication. If I am late, I will apologize and keep the buyer informed.
I have lost over a 1000 bux on fraud like this so far and hate the fact I cannot trust other people anymore. Every time I give a person a chance, it seems like I am taken advantage of.
Meanwhile, he is posting on trying to buy a transfercase, carbon fiber hood and trunk etc...
I have informed a site admin. I hope some justice is served!!!
Even if I lose my money, karma is a *****. He will get whats coming to him - one way or another.
