You know a funny story... some guy screwed me out of $150 for a transfer case when I had my DSM. He stopped responding to my emails and then when I finally called him from a blocked number he told me to F*off.

This probably wasnt the best thing to do but I tried logging in on his account and actually cracked his password. His password was "password". What an idiot. Luckily my money was still in his account and I just sent it back to myself. Never heard from him after and I was happy! I was pretty pumped with myself.

small claims court, Im in a similar situation with another guy on a forum. His paypal was froze and I didnt dispute it till two months after. They denied my claim and now I have to go to court to get this retard. good luck with your situation, it only costs ~ $30 to file a small claims case.

He has a new screen name here. Made_in_Japan. I have left it open hoping that he would resolve the Paypal issues. He claims there is money in his account and paypal is not refunding it. I really try to have faith in people but this guy appears to be scammer. We will IP block his accounts in an effort to him keep off our forums. If anyone has information on his physical address, please contact the thread starter. I hope he gets a least what he deserves.

Speedlimit - He is totally lying. I have the paypal dispute resolution(same that krillin, kreonic, and atmsanchez got) that states they were unable to recover funds. He can easily provide a screenprint of his paypal account with the remaining balance. Ask him to do so and I bet his song will change.

I just checked with paypal on the phone and they said he did not have the funds and thats why they could not refund us.

We tracked him down to his Oklahoma board where he said the same thing - after we posted how he didnt have funds, no reply.

Honestly, $75 doesnt bother me as much as this persons morals and ethics. I do hope he gets what he deserves!

I agree with you. I did my best to get him to do the right thing and he just lied to me like everyone else. We have applied a comprehensive IP block to keep him off here. I truly he hope is forced to return the money he stole. Those who have been scammed should contact his local police department.

Well, I tried this in vain!

I apparently need to file a local complaint first as the crime was commited in my state. The cops asked me for his information and other than his email we are not sure of his address. They need more before they will contact the Tulsa or Owasso PD

We need locals or a vendor who he bought from (Lucky aka SupremeVCR) to pony up his address so we can give it to the police. I know there is some liability involved, but they can fully trust that this is being done for the sake of justice and in a fully legal manner!

We posted on the local board in OK and some people actually don't even care. Our thread has been hijacked for all purposes. Read for yourselves, people. I was hoping someone there would be able to provide his address, but no luck yet!
