Water/Alky kit

I am deciding between Aquamist DDS3 or the SMC kit. I would like one with a failsafe unit, and I hear that the SMC kit doesn't have this? Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated!

Thanks!

get both. the smc is for injection, DDS3 is the fail-safe, to prevent your car from blowing up your car when something in the injection system fails.

Are the failsafes for each different system pretty much all the same?

yes and no. Yes.....the 2 that are commonly used aquamist/snow are flow type sensors. No...the snows unit is a fixed flow rate detection whereas the aquamist one, you can set upper/lower limits of flow

Aquamist is the pioneers of fail safe awareness. I've had my Aquamist system on my Talon for several years and now I am using the the same system on my Evo. That shows you that they are indeed durable. Try Georges Imports:http://www.kcsaab.com/. Ask for Brad, he's very knowledgable and can advise you about anything you need to Know. Here's my Aquamist intall/set up if you want to check it out: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=173840

I couldn't find aquamist on the website. Also, does the snowperformance kit install in the trunk like the SMC?

Here ya go for the Aquamist website: http://www.aquamist.co.uk/. I would believe that any kit can be made to install in the trunk.
