I bought an EVO 9 2 months ago. Recently i heard some noise when i step on the brake. I took it back to the dealer to let them checked but they said didnt find any problem. I dont know what to do now. Can someone help me out please.

 

if its not the high pitched squeak. they should be fine. its just the brake dust the brembos get. after it warms up it shouldn't happen though.

 

It is the high pitched squeak but not always just sometimes. I really dont know wuts wrong.

ya its normal. if they do it while driving, without using the brakes, then its not normal.

 

the evo is gonna make tons of weird sounds.. so prepare yourself for it. Dont worry, as long as u dont abuse it it wont break on you.

 

hmm.. does it happen all the time?
Hard braking or soft braking?
Did you bed your pads/rotors properly?
I've bedded my pads properly and have not experienced any squeeling noise what so ever.

You might wanna try bedding the pads again.

 

I get it also It sqeaks loud every once in awhile. I also get it when it is very hot outside

 

You didn't describe the noise. Is it just your brakes squeaking with light braking? That's certainly not worth going to Mitsu or making a thread about. If it's a grinding noise, scraping noise, or constant squeak when NOT braking, then it's an issue.
