One tensioner check the how to section
With these cars its really hard to have a service interval. So many people beat the **** out of these cars, the service interval really gets thrown out the window. I change all drivetrain fluids every 6000 miles, because I drive the car hard. Timing belt should definitely still be changed at 60,000 miles, though again if you track your car enough, you may want to do it earlier or at least inspect the tensioner and belt for damage.
