After 3 months now i get a misfire code

hey guys im new. but having the same problem . but only in 5th gear .try changing out, plugs, wire, coil pack, i clean my afm the other day n it went away for about 150 miles then it came back again. wondering if my afm is bad? any info will be a big help.. thanx
