I am not going to read all 7 pages of this thread.
The reason people blow thier stock engines is because they have crappy tunes or beat thier cars when they shouldnt... turn the boost up when they shouldnt, run crappy gas, etc,etc...
My car has almost 30k miles of incredibly harsh beating. Well over 200 passes on the engine which is 100% stock aside from cams and headstuds. I rev it to 9k every single pass I make. The car runs 11.10s at 129 consistantly with my crappy driving and moderate boost. It boggles me on how people destroy thier damned motors when I watch mine go through the abuse it does consistantly and reliably. Oh well

When you add parts and increase power, you increase the chances of blowing things, engine, clutch, TC, diffs, axels....There are many people running the power levels you list with no problems.
I would think the three most important factors to keeping your engine together are;
1. Tune
