In etown2 if you listen, even before you let the clutch out you can hear the sound start to change. It sounds like the two step slows down and the car almost seems like it is gonna die from getting flooded. Try logging your knock and also your AFR while you are on the 2-step that you know if it is fuel or timming being pulled. You should be able to correct either one.
