Video: 2-step problem

hey all i have a 05 evo with stock 2-step and its like when i on it for like say 10sec or so and then launch its like no more fuel like almost car going to shut off. well look at video and you will see what happens.

Well first off you should not be on the 2 step for more the 4pops you can brake alot of parts. If your a seal broke inside the turbo i will cause the car to kinda wana die of the luanch i have the same problem.

Another this is if when you drop it and you get the rpm at a low point you could also kill the car or dumping the clutch there is alot that can be casuseing this problem.

ewww.... wow looks like the two step really hurt your launch. Contact a tuner!

I do believe jmartinez is right though two step looks like it was held tooooo long here.

I seen this in civics w/ boost happen

how are you going to brake the car, its just fuel cut, and i never had this problem befor, and i raced my car many many time.

nothing wrong with car the run right after i got a 1.62 foot its just that i cant hold 2step to long, maybe like this 1.62 foot

nothing wrong with car, just somthing messing up with the 2step when on it for like say 5-10 sec. and wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Another thing you want to do is, roll onto the throttle till you hit the 2 step. Don't just put it to the floor. You will hear it start popping, but REALLY fast. That's where you're building boost. Not with the slow pops.
Let it pop real fast and then floor it right as your letting out the clutch.

same thing happnes to me... am on the 2step for like 2-3 seconds then when i let go it wants to die.. i dot launch my car at all. I jst use the 2 step once in a blue moon.

im wondering if it has somthing to do with the stock ecu. were becasue it gets fuel cut for the 2 step and then the ecu pulling more timeing and fuel and f **** up.

Just A Question Wouldn't the "Stock 2-step" be a Rev-limiter and not a 2-step
