cant' believe this..his insurance is trying to fight back for the front b umper and the t-case cracks..the guy pushed me over the curb and dont know what he said to his insur. and now they're trying to get proof and go to that place to check it out..
You might try contacting ur local police department for the accident report.
Here in nj, u have 30 days to report any accidents.
No insurance company wants to pay out money.
If they have to they will use the venue that would cost them least amount of money.
Do not let them dictate to you how ur car would be fixed.
You should tow the car to your dealership and utilize their services to fix the car, including the body damage imo.

if it's more than you want to pay for yourself then i'd reccomend that you call the cops every time.
That proves the person that hit you was there, and will have an account of what happened(both sides). The person at fault may get a ticket which will get dropped in the event YOU don't show up to testify at their court date. Plus I would have called the cops for him running, **** him he was about to **** you over by running. You sholud have returned the favor.
