2nd night of owning car, parked at my best friends house. car proceeded to take a beating by haters. 9 k worth of damage. car out of commission for 2 months getting it all fixxed. insurance covered all the parts with... jdm goodness. cant complain

Here is a horror story.
On the way back to work from lunch...
Was driving behind a long flatbed 18 wheeler and a big sheet of plywood comes down off the back of it.. SLAMS into the front of my bumper, luckily it was the flat side.. but then slides up my hood and hits the windshield then ends up flying over me. Probably hitting some more cars...
Got all the information from the truck though, license #'s, trailer #'s etc.. Company name.
Gonna be speaking to a manager at that company to see what we can do. I'm assuming I'll get an estimate then have them foot the bill..
Sucks though! It looks like *** now.

Honestly based off what I have seen so far you are the kind of dude who does inane acts then sit back and wonder why bad things happen to you....are you the impulsive type too?
How did you wreck you last car the red neon in your sig? Was the neon your car? let me guess it wasn't your fault? Then you get an MR. sounds to me you are the creator of your own mishaps. Good luck!

+1. I'm assuming you weren't driving slowly when you wrecked the Neon you HAD. Now you ruined your Evo for all the wrong reasons. No wonder my insurance premiums are almost like a second car payment, thanks to guys like you. Keep up the good work. High five!

The neon wasn't mine. I wasnt driving. I was the front passanger. My friend was driving. I told him to slow down but he didnt listen. He lost control ended up fliping five times into a tree. My broken arm was the worst injury of it.

This thread is hilarious. I almost think "Joe" must be spoofing all this for our entertainment. It's just not possible to be that clueless, is it? For those who keep talking about "bad luck" - uhh... it's not bad luck.
If half of this is even real, I see now why insurance is so high on these cars...

i was caught in a sudden SEVERE T-storm, i've never seen it rain so hard in my life. the streets were instantly rivers. i was about to stop and pull over when wham! all i saw was a huge sheet of water go on my windshield. i had submerged my car in water up to the headlights. i almost **** myself.. luckily no damage!
