i just got a brand new 06 MR. i love it its by far the best car iv'e ever driven or even rode in. Im starting to get used to the stock power already tho. can any of you evo experts tell me about some good mods to begin with?? thanks!!!

ECU Reflash
MBC
Intake(Don't get K&N Typhoon,BR is reccomend)
Ebay 02 housing(Cheap and gain a lot of power.$80)

Basically what i list is in BR Stage 1 except 02 housing.You can make ~350whp @ 25psi on Dynojet and run 11.9 on 93 with decent driver,11.4 on race gas/race gas tune with Curt Brown.

 

grats on the evo, u wont regret it. before i look into mods, i would plan out how much you are going to spend on mods. ask urself is this ur daily car. if so, you might wanna to go easy on mods, therefore you can keep the car running more smooth and more "fun" to drive. then i would look into how much you would spend on the car, if you want some easy bolt ons, look into a TBE, MBC...etc and flash ur ecu.

I am not an Expert but I think like everyone else says, TBE, boost controler, fuel pump, Dropin Air filter (optional), And a Good tune/flash I am not to big on mailins but Whatever floats your boat. Congrats on the Evo, Rember when you do the TBE A test pipe is illegal, and results in a LARGE fine. (only if your gonna drive the car on the street of course)
