Anyone have video or sound clip of Fujitsubo RM01A???

I have searched through all the threads and didnt find anything. I want this exhaust because I am in cali and I dont want the noise to get me pulled over. Not to many people have this exhaust i guess. But if there are any other quiet 3" exhaust let me know.

ok. i've heard this exhaust on my friends IX MR. he has the new RSR DP (deletes the cat). and it's quiet. its very similar to stock at idle and driving. at WOT it isnt even that loud. i would HIGHLY recomment this for you. i live in SoCAL (OC/LA County Area). some cops are dicks in my area and i would NOT mind running the RM10A if i had the money to afford it. if you use the stock cat or hi-flow cat it'll be quieter.

other Quiet TBE are RRE (Road race engineering) Steath Exhaust. but the're located around my area.

RM01A is recommended if you can afford it. trust me. it's nice, light, and quiet.

I have the Fujitsubo Legalis R and it is nearly just as quiet as the RM01A. Personally I look the looks of the Legalis R but both are a fairly nice setup. The Legalis R sounds wicked on WOT and is very quiet inside while cruising.

One thing is for sure, you will most likely need a exhaust shield for your bumper. Especially with the RM01A, my friend has that on his and the muffler is pretty short. The Legalis R isn't as bad but can still pose problems.

Now I have the JDM IX bumper and the exhaust fits perfect.

Coming from So Cal I have dealt with my share of exhaust ticket warnings when I had my HKS Hi-Power, now that I have put the Fujitsubo on I have not been harassed for the exhaust. One cop thought it was still stock. Now I just get hassled every once in awhile for no front plate, Irvine cops !

Its on their website www.fujitsubo.co.jp

here is a link to their sound clip page : http://www.fujitsubo.co.jp/mc-prod/

just select the exhaust model and it will take you there.

Look for Exhaust Sound clip and download

ah.. its good when you know a bit of japanese and kanji (chinese).

i have the Fuji RM01A
I love it
its damn quiet inside and out
almost stock quiet
i also run it with the DC downpipe fyi...
i recommend it highly as I just dont want to have a loud
exhaust anymore
plus if you switched out your advans which are noisy
then its really quiet
on the hiway and when you put the lead on the pedal

sounds decent! I also am hearing that it has major restrictions in the resonator, so does it make good power even witht the restriction?

yes the 2 center resonators do neck down from the baffling they have
but my car still baselined at 296awhp from 240s with the DC DP and fuji exh...
made alot more after tuning...so i feel the restrictions dont hurt performance at all...
the DP made more of a difference than the exhaust did

I believe the Legalis R is actually quieter than the RM-01A. But both are super quiet.

For the people that have this exhaust, did you have to wend on an 02 bung?
I have a testpipe in my garage w/ an extra 02 sensor bung, would it work w/ that instead? Thanks

I had the Rm-01a on my Evo8. I did weld the o2 bung but you can use your test pipe with the o2 bung. My setup included Helix dp and 3" high flow cat. It was barely louder than stock, inside and out.
