About a week ago the sound started, does it between 2000-5000 rpm maybe higher i might not be able to hear because of the turbo, it does it at any boost. but only when i'm on the gas not at idle or decel.
about 3 weeks ago i put on a 3" downpipe and exhaust header and cat-delete, i've checked all the bolts to the header all the connections to the IC pipping, i have stock IC pipping and clamps with about 77000 miles on the car., its not the sound of the bov flutter more of a small ticking, but it sounds like when theres a exhaust header leak, but i've checked all the bolts even the ones under the header and to the flange of the turbo, running out of ideas guys, please help

sounds like you have a exhaust leak. What header did you use? Did you use new gaskets when you put on the header? If not, get new gaskets. Also look for cracks or bad welds on the header.

yeah i did use the new gaskets that came with it, it was one of those ebay headers, its a megan at least what i was told, which i know was a chance i was taking, but all the welds looked good to me and my friend that help put it on. l will check for cracks better tonite after work, could be some on the bottom side of it because i've checked the top side, thanks
