Sales was very professional and the tech team was even better. Then again both time I've gone in to deal with the techs I haven't been trying to get warranty work done on a modified powertrain. The worse experience was when they were replacing my synchros, they FORGOT to tighten my cv joint and my wheel almost came off my car driving my sister home. Then they fixed it and left my lip bent and my splash guard in ruins. They even used the broken boot to fix the cv joint! All I can say is that I am not bringing my car to Biggers again. Next time it will go straight to the District Rep. in Schaumburg.

If you're gonna buy an EVO, don't go where I did.


OH OH, I almost forgot! They wanted to CHARGE ME for the FACTORY WARRANTY, trying to tell me it wasn't included in the price of the car, when it's all over the "2006 Evolution Brochures" they had just handed me an hour earlier.
