PS. I change my own oil and rotate my own tires so I can't comment on their service. I know they're "black listed" on this forum, but I am withholding judgment until I have a warranty claim.
fresno mitsubishi can kiss my ***. they ****ing red flagged my car because of the smallest mods and wouldnt honor the warranty work that todey mitsubishi, ventura ca. did when they put my ****ing transfer case on wrong and destroyed it. so i had to tow it back to ventura for 670 bucks and they are now fixing it under warranty after threats to report to BAR and court. i will get my tow money back also...

so to fresno mitsubishi PS Barry at fresno mitsubishi is a cacksucker steer clear of him.

hawaii mitsu, good on service from my experience with one exception they do note any bolt that has been loosened or taken off, any mod, and where you did oil changes besides dealer. rediculous on pricing new evo's though

+2.
I've had great experience with sales.

I never had to take the car back to that dealer for service since I do most of my maintainance.
I'll be back to them for service around 60k mile for timing belt change and whatnot.

Everytime I bring it in for a repair, something else goes wrong and/or they either order the wrong part or have to keep my car for a couple days. Here is an example, I had my 3rd and 4th gear synchros replaced about 5 months ago and when I went to get my car after 1 week, it had 2 scratches on the trunk? Now how does something like that happen? Then I got my 5th gear synchro replaced about 1 month ago and had my splash guard replaced. It took them over 2 weeks to get a splash guard and again when I went to pick my car up, it had 2 scratches on the hood. Luckily enough, after talking with the serivice manager for 3 weeks, my car is at the dealership getting the hood repainted and so far it has been 1 week. The worse experience was when they were replacing my synchros, they FORGOT to tighten my cv joint and my wheel almost came off my car driving my sister home. Then they fixed it and left my lip bent and my splash guard in ruins. They even used the broken boot to fix the cv joint! All I can say is that I am not bringing my car to Biggers again. Next time it will go straight to the District Rep. in Schaumburg.
Where'e the district rep. in Schuamburg?

tires are a wear item and if yours lasted 11K i'd say that's pretty good. now if they were d$%ks, that's not right. but how did you treat them? they've always treated me fine as i'm respectful to them.

THEN, the best part, they call me a week after I drove the car off the lot, the idiots forgot to put the sales tax on the contract. And had the gall to ask me for a check for the full amount. I had to yell at the sales manager before they finally agreed they could print a new sales contract with the tax included. The best part is when I asked, "How many cars do you sell in a day? Isn't sales tax a big part of making a sale? How do you forget something like that? (around 2k+ on a brand new evo)." And his response was that I'm the first person it's happened to. Sure.

If you're gonna buy an EVO, don't go where I did.

OH OH, I almost forgot! They wanted to CHARGE ME for the FACTORY WARRANTY, trying to tell me it wasn't included in the price of the car, when it's all over the "2006 Evolution Brochures" they had just handed me an hour earlier.

i went there...took my business to roseville mitsubishi
