I know that they are a wear item...but if you saw these tires you would think differently....it wasnt a tire problem...the toe was out that bad...and i was so nice to them...and they made up excuse after excuse saying they had nothing to do with it and they cant help me.

Otto Mitsubishi, Clifton Park, NY
The good: very reasonable to deal with during the purchase. Didn't try to jerk me around at all during any portion of the deal. Justin is the Evo sales guy, and he knows the car and the import scene in general. The owner personally met with me and thanked me for my Evo purchase - a first in any new car purchase I've ever been involved in. The service manager is a pretty friendly guy, and the other guys who work there are pretty friendly, too. Very accommodating to any special requests I have. They have not given me problems with after-market parts on the car, and seem relatively mod-friendly.
The bad: I had an Exedy twin disc clutch installed there, and it was not done properly. In discussing how to increase front camber, they had a tech explain to me how I would have to drill and do other metal work in order to change camber settings. When I inquired about the camber bolts, I was told there was no such thing on the Evo. Nice guys, but they don't know the car well and are not capable of complex jobs. I now drive several hours to get any major work done (Pruven, Turbo Trix, Dent Sport Garage), and leave the dealership to do the routine servicing.
