MMNA updates
The X will have a 6speed gearbox, most likely optional, with the DSG being standard. Can you give any more info on the 08 Lancer and Ralliart, since that's the models dropping withen the next couple months and will either make or break mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi to debut three vehicles at NAIAS 2007.
Mitsubishi has confirmed it will use the NAIAS 2007 in January for the worldwide unveiling of three new vehicles.
Mitsubishi will introduce the all-new 2008 Lancer. The Lancer is Mitsubishi’s compact sedan, one variant of several based on Mitsubishi’s all-new global platform. Mitsubishi will provide more details as the show draws closer.
In addition, Mitsubishi will unveil the Lancer Evolution Prototype. The Lancer Evolution -- called “Evo” for short -- is extremely popular with the young, compact tuner audience.
Mitsubishi will also hold the worldwide introduction of a new concept car, details of which are being kept secret for now.

By the way, I read a few of your posts, and some times you refer to the Lancers on your lot as 08, sometimes as 09's. Which is it?
Thanks

Yea, I'm an older member too and I definitely remember that. I thought it was Coolguy949 who took those pics?!?
I wonder if they are planning to bring that little turbo'ed intercooled Colt thing over. Sport Compact Car tested one, and they really liked it. It had an EVO style hood on it, and it looked real mean. I'd totally buy one for a "Gettin' Around Car."
I would buy one as well. Unfortunately that vehicle will not meet US crash standards and would cost too much for Mitsu to re-engineer it. Supposedly they are examining if the next generation of that model could have successful US sales.
Its like a Mitsu version of the Honda Fit, but with some punch...
