When painting you should allow 5 min between coats of a single type ie. Primer 5 min Primer 5min Primer, then allow to dry for 1 hour then hit it with your color same principal let it dry for an hour then clear then let the whole thing cure for 16 hrs or more before handleing. Hope that helps. if you did it this way and you still have problems I dont know what else you could do. make sure you use a paint prep after you sand also to get rid of oil and dust and dont touch it with your hands afterword
