IX SE and Race Ramps question

Anyone try Race Ramps with their IX SE? The rhyno ramps I have worked fine with my old E8, but the SE's front lip extensions end up hitting the ramp. I'll use a set of 2x8's for now, but wouldn't mind picking up a set of those Race Ramps if they work well.

I did read the review, but theirs is an E8. If you notice w/ the E8, the lower edge of the front air dam curves upwards. With the E9 SE, those aero 'bumps' do not, and adds about 1.5" of total length.

Please post a review when you get your ramps.

I'll def let you know. Raceramps.com has the 68" long ramps too for really low cars but I ordered the 52" and my car is lowered on tanabe springs. The evo used in the right up was lowered and had plenty of room to spare. I highly doubt the lip will hit. I have an evo IX but no SE lip. If i have to ill just take the lip off when i do my oil changes which is why i bought them. The 68" ramps are an extra $100 BTW. Ill shoot you a PM when I get them in the next day or so.

i use basic rhino ramps that lift the car about 4-6 inches i think its pretty high and my car is lowered quick and easy solution is to use a block/ piece of wood before you drive onto the ramp no clearance sacrificed and no scraping

You can find ramps that are even lower than Race Ramps if you really need to. The ones I use are only about 2" tall. For stock suspension though the Race Ramps will work fine.
