like i said AT WORST i think we both deserve neutral
im not saying he was 100% in the wrong
but nothing solves an issue like a full refund and he declined
i could care less about one negative for a messed up situation but whatever

"when i got home i got a pm from him saying the fogger from the kit was from a NOS kit and this was a nitrous express kit i have no idea how that happened as ive never owned another nitrous kit in my life"

I don't get it? How could there be a different fogger in the kit? Did you have this installed on your car? Did you do the install/uninstall yourself? If you did not do the uninstall, then did that person somehow intentionally or accidently switch foggers from another kit? Or is the buyer really trying to screw you period by saying the fogger is from a different kit therefore demanding $75 back. Either way the buyer should have accepted a full refund if he was unhappy with the transaction.

i personally know the buyer also, and he's not trying to screw this guy over in any way...the seller took 9 days to get the kit to the buyer from conn. to ny...then when he was missing the other parts that were needed asap, the seller didn't ship them out like he said he would...on top of that, the buyer had to drive from long island to queens which is not fun, waste half a day and had to chase the seller down on the road after the seller didn't pick up his phone, and was on his way home with the parts not delivered...then when the buyer gets home..the fogger wasn't even for the kit...and to all you people saying that he should have taken the refund, what would you do if you already installed 99% of the kit, and just needed the remaining parts...not to mention the buyer told the seller beofre it shipped, that if anything was missing from the kit, to let him know and don't continue with the transaction if that were the case. and why should he have to pay an extra $75 for a fogger if he paid for the kit as a whole? so what if the guy was selling the kit for a good price, that doesn't mean you can sell a half *** kit...

first of all it did NOT take 9 days so thats a straight up LIE
he paid for the kit on thursday i shipped it out the following monday he got it on wednesday
it took 9 days to get the remaining parts from the first payment ill agree to that also
tah please stay out of this with your hear-say comments if hed like to come into this thread and comment with things that actually happened thats fine but like i said a full refund is the best i can do and that is much more then most people would do
i refused and will continue to refuse to take a 75$ hit on this kit it is absurd to even ask for that

i also know the buyer....he is a stand up guy and would never in anyway try to screw anyone. the seller felt guilty and started this thread....you need a to learn how to do business with someone....if you say that you're gonna do something then do it....you got your money. and thats all you cared about...and he derserves a $75 refund for the fogger..

give him his 75 dollars so he can go and buy the missing piece on the kit. Or use that money and buy it for him and ship it out to him.
