well i hate to go off topic, but i bought a set of apr mirrors from the seller and had them sent to buschur. when buschur received them all they did is put the box in my car so when it came for them to work on my car they were going to install them for me. the mirrors were said to be brand new. when it came time to install them, buschur finds out that one of the mirrors is cracked and a couple of the bolts to install them are missing. now im stuck with broken mirrors. i guess just like the buyer in this thread said, its a lesson learned.

who cares if he is a cop ... what does that have to do with anything, cops are just as crooked as anyone else, in some cases worse. not saying this guy is, i dont know him or you or anyone else here, but your comment was pointless, actually personally i would take it more as a threat than anything else.

anyhow, i can understand not wanting a refund for exchange IF the kit is installed already and i stress IF. I could see sending the NOS fogger back to the seller, him buying a nitrous express fogger and sending it back to the buyer with a few dollars to cover the shipping expense. It sounds as if missing parts was an actual mistake and he tried to correct that. In the end, seller, i'd hate to say it, but you are responsible for delivering what you promised, a complete working kit. Sometimes you have to take a bite in the *** in order to do such things. You may not have known it was the wrong fogger, but that isnt they buyers fault. Get your old one back and replace it with the correct one and then sell the old one seperately and you may only be out 20 bucks

the new fogger is 61$ ALSO i offered him a FULL REFUND EVERYONE
THATS 100% of his money back i dont understand
if i had **** sex with his wife offering him 100% of his money back should make this all better but clearly he was trying to get something for cheaper thats the only thing i can think
if he had a TRUE issue with this deal he would say ok give me my 215$ back and i would have no questions asked im not doing a half assed refund thats all there is to it
he can have as many of his buddies come in here and say otherwise
but like i said he chose not to
no skin off my back

Thats pretty gay to threaten someone online. If anything comes back to bite anyone, I think we all know who is responsible. I know plenty of crooked cops where I'm from, I hate to say it but they exist.

what you're not understand is, if he already had the kit installed and found out the fogger was the wrong kind... would you want to take that back ? or just replace what you need to make it work.

look at it like this.... say you buy a set of rims for your car that the seller said would fit. you go thru the trouble of putting your car up on jack stands, take your wheels off... take them to a garage to have your tires taken off of your stock rims, mounted on the new ones to only find out that they dont actually fit, you need longer wheel studs. Would you expect the seller to pay for the studs since he promised they'd fit ? or are you going to expect a refund for the rims, go mount your old tires again, and waste all the time you spent trying to do the install for nothing.... you are still there with no rims, a buttload of wasted time and noway to get it back. when you can just call the seller, agree to purchase the studs with him reimbursing you and you both are happy.

except in your situation... you spend 61 bucks to make him happy, ensure he sends you back your fogger first, inspect it for damages, send him his, and the sell the original separately. How hard is this.

what about the fact that the buyer drove from long island to queens to meet the seller for the missing pieces, only to have to see a car with CT plates pass him by, then chase him down and ask if he was in fact the seller. The seller than gives the ridiculous excuse that he "forgot" he was supposed to meet the buyer?

I dont know what drugs you were on that day but please let me know so i can get them, they seem like real good stuff

Evotech, i left you feedback for the upper intercooler pipe you powdercoated for me a well as the exhaust manifold heat shield. Amazing work, thanks!

I hate the NYPD. They're soooo annoying.

Sometimes I just wish I could have the same perks they do, but as a civilian.

And oh yea, they abuse their power a lil' too much.

True. It goes a long way to illustrate the nature of the deal.

The seller isn't exactly a victim and your comments accentuate that fact. The buyer purchased the kit in good faith, installed it only to find that he was sold a wrong part. It's up to the seller to make good on the transaction. What's going to happen if the buyer takes even more time to tear the kit out of his car? Will the seller offer the disordered kit to someone else? If not, then why is buying and forwarding the right part so difficult?
