The intake cam is the mivec cam. Companys have just started to release the intake cams now. So yes, at first you could only get the exhaust cam

This was originally true, because the MIVEC made it so you could only replace one cam. Now, however, MIVEC specific cams have been made, which is why it is now possible to replace both cams.

Well, duh, I'm pretty sure you know if you bought IX cams or not...aren't you?

Please tell us these "locations" and who you bought the cams from, because we need to organize a lynch mob.

There is no "regular" set of cams for the IX. They are either IX cams, or they aren't. I can't imagine you buying cams not made for the IX if you have a IX. IX cams have been out for 5-6 months. Over time, more have been released with GSC coming a month or so ago and Cosworth just in the last week or two.

I have no idea what your last sentence means - makes no sense to me.

ok heres the deal ,my mods are(mbc, tbe, greddy bov ,and the cams)this is before the gt35,so we went to dyno it,and it comes up to 360+ ,so i bring up the tuner for the reflash he gives about 10 to almost 20 passes and it wont go any further than 360+(plus being 2-3 hp more)so the tuner tells me it may be the intake cam,i should probably remove it since someone he knows had the same experience,so i did and took it to the dyno again to find out the car went back to 330+,although the graphics read that the car is running very rich ,some say this is not the problem, others say it could be timing ,i myself have no idea, i hope somebody can help me ,
