600 rated tyres and a very loud bov.... Everytime you shift, your tires will squak and your bov will spark... Gets some looks, and you're not really going that fast

Edit: Better solution: Drive a stock Lancer ES... Then you'll fall inlove with your car again.

 

If you get extremely bored with it and someone else is in need of true love (me), hand over the keys and you'll feel good about it. lol. Anyways, spice up the IX by adding some nice Advan RS wheels and a few other upgrades cosmetically speaking. You just need the wow factor to increase a little bit. I bet with a few upgrades, everywhere you go people will be staring you down. And you know you'll feel good about it since you're driving a car they cant have. hahaha.

 

The only time get bored with my Evo is when I dont drive it for a week or so. I start thething back up, drive it around tow for a bit, or take it to an autocross and magically the feeling is gone.

 

Bunch of good ideas and I think the consensus is TRACK IT! I get bored street driving any car and I love driving. I hated the S2K because of that. I definately know how you feel JB and I think if you could go with James or Maxx and do some road course stuff with those Works products you would fall in love again.

 

well get a bigger turbo...cosmetics...do some highspeed runs, if your bored of it after that. then sell it and buy a ford fiesta. How can you get bored of an Evo? i dont get it.

You have just gotten bored with the car. You have two options... As everyone has suggested you can track the car. Thats one. My approach is a little more unorthodox. I say you slap on an alky kit, have it tuned as aggressive as you can get, and go drive the hell out of it untill it blows! Trust me, it'll be fun.

This will accomplish two things. One it will make you miss the evo for however long it will be down, and two, it will give you a new project to work on as I feel as though you like having some drama in your life...
