Just don't valet your car period. The thought of anyone who doesn't care about my car driving makes me sick.

after a few well placed phone calls the insurance company is just going to cover everything including my wheels and all 4 tires. the body shop called me and said my evo was being torn down yesterday, and the parts were ordered, and that any more stuff they need will be taken care of as well. now i just got to wait i guess.

 

i would have lost it. at least your getting it fixed for free but all thats hassle sucks !

 

sooo no explanation why there are different tires in the pictures????

 

the left rear tire which is the different one is my summer wheel. they put the winter tires on to move it around the lot, but because that tire is toed in so much, the winter wheel was binding on the suspension or something like that.

 

im guessing one went flat so he replaced it?

So far it sounds good, lets just hope the car tracks straight after it is done. If ANYTHING is off with this car it'll be very noticable.

 

evos a quirky car like that, if you dont think it feels the same and insurance wont buy you a new one, flip it asap, get the most for it

That sucks man.... i cant even imagin how you feel... thats why i let no one drive my car... i work at a dealership and we have a valet company cuz our employee parking is too small.....i NEVER let them park my car if there are no spots i park on the street.... anyway goodluck man!!!

 

I would be livid that's rediculous, I used to be a valet in high school but only used to mess with the beater cars lol the vipers and ferrari's I was too afraid to **** with because of such a situation like that....way I see it if you can't drive don't try to and if you can't buy one don't F*** with it cuz you don't have one

my car got keyed less than a week after I bought it, needless to say I wasn't quite the happy camper

Did you get that guy's address that wrecked your car. The only thing that sucks now is your car is going to show as having damage on a carfax report. That will hurt your re-sale value badly.

Think about. If you saw two EVO's for sale that "Looked" exactly the same, but one was in an accident and the other wasn't... Which would you choose to buy?

 

That sucks man. I work valet in las vegas so I know how it is, if you dont tip them on the way in they are ruthless with those cars, they could care less who owns them, there are only a few people there that work valet that actually respect cars. Thats why if I ever valet my evo I give them 20$ so they don't even move it. I bet that guy didn't even get fired for doing that, we are so protected by the union I could take some guys Lambo Murcielago and drive it off the roof and still not get fired. Sorry to hear about your car tho, there are a lot of people that work valet that shouldn't be working it cause they can't drive.
