valet put my evo into a tree
That sucks man. I work valet in las vegas so I know how it is, if you dont tip them on the way in they are ruthless with those cars, they could care less who owns them, there are only a few people there that work valet that actually respect cars. Thats why if I ever valet my evo I give them 20$ so they don't even move it. I bet that guy didn't even get fired for doing that, we are so protected by the union I could take some guys Lambo Murcielago and drive it off the roof and still not get fired. Sorry to hear about your car tho, there are a lot of people that work valet that shouldn't be working it cause they can't drive.
Long story short: I had to fire a guy for spinning the tires on somebody's BMW X5. We were strict. That's why I'm having a hard time wrapping by brain around this thread.

+1 on the lawyer as well - have the valet people replace your car if possible.
I valet every Saturday at the same place and there is a guy there that drives a STi who knows me by face and name. He always puts my car out in front where they put all the nicest cars, so I come out and my Evo is parked next to Ferraris, Benzes, Bentleys.... there was a Murcielago out there one time when I came out.

time for an update..
i should be getting my evo back today, im just waiting for the shop to call me. its got to have been a month already, i have only gone to see it twice so im excited to see how the paint turned out. the shop manager has kept all the messed up parts so i can check them out up close. he told me yesterday that the kid cracked the flywheel. now all that left is making sure she is perfect, and order some new wheels/tires. stock enkies and blizzaks are on it right now, but its just to damn warm out for ws50

I knew it. i never should have posted anything this morning. turns out i will not be getting my car back today because when they were doing the alignment for the third time, the toe was still off! last time it was the camber, now its the toe. so they are ordering another part which should be in by tomrrow, but of course they dont work on saturdays. so now monday is the new date they are shooting for.
anyway, im not suing the guy. im just too lazy for that i guess
. my insurance is paying for everything, and then billing his company so i dont have to deal with going after them. i stil lhave the guys rental car and thats about it.
