Question HKS Reloaded Intake

Does anybody have one of the new HKS Reloaded intakes? I was wondering about how it looks and performs? Does the new one really filter better than the old one. What color is the filter on it? Did you get tuned after installing it?

Pictures of installed pictures or out of the box pictures would be good.

I am considering trying the Super mega flow version (the filter and adapter without hardpipe).

Thanks,
Brian

I have an older RS, but I will be upgrading the filter w/ this one.
I believe it has a different backing plate and 3 layer filter versus the 2.

I wasnt sure, just tryin to help out.

How do you like it? I think its a little too loud, but after a few days the car reacted pretty well to it. The idle is perfect and topend has a noticeable improvement, especially with a boost controller.

I appreciate it. I wasnt trying to be unappreciative. Sorry.

It is pretty loud compared to the stock airbox. I can tell a nice difference in power and throttle response, from the K&N drop in filter that I had.

I think that is because it's just new.

Externally the mesh grill that holds the filter is different, and it has a red lip. Is this really a 3 layer filter design, because I read it somewhere on this forum that it's still a 2 layer.

Also, if it's a 3 layer, can you guys get the replacement filter for it?
