dent removal
"$492.89"
seems about right for full repair (depends on b.shop and what they want to paint). i'v been with Dent Wizard (often imitated) since '01; try paintless dent removal first. the price usually will be below what your deductable is. it's true that anything on a bodyline is tougher to get out, but what may be left might be a little texture/orange peel on the bodyline. but NO dent will come out 100%; BEST case is about 90-95%.
as far as the scuff/scratch, some light compound and touch-up will probably work fine for what looks like (relatively) minor paint damage. but the touch-up can chip off during repair, so just i'd wait til after it's fixed..unless it's down to the metal (also easier to repair sans touch-up).
hope this helped and everything works out...anything else may be tough to answer with just pictures. good luck...

if you have paint damage, any decent body shop can fix that no problem; no reason to go to mitsu. They will repair the dings and then blend the Base Coat over the damaged area only. They will not BC the entire door- this way you won't see color mismatch. Then they will clear the entire door.
