i was about to download evo scan, theres a new one on the way... should i wait?

i was about to download evo scan, theres a new one on the way... should i wait?
like i said...

i just got the cable and went to download EVOSCAN .97 and it says on their website a new one is coming out around christmas... i cant wait to get my car running the way its made too... but is it worth spending 25 now and possibly 25 later if its good... or should i wait and get the new version

does anyone know of the changes being made?

or am i being a picky **** and just wanting something new without knowing what im getting...
