My Road Trip to AMS
Nobody finds this thread as odd as i do?
It must just be a Conn. thing, but i could never get away with just leaving on a whim, driving my Evo 4-5 states away, and stayin there in a hotel for 2 weeks.
What about your job? School? Where is all this money comming from? Just those nights in the hotels could be so many mods. What about your parents?
This just seems crazy to me, i would never wait in a hotel and pay for it for 2 weeks to get a turbo kit installed?
This is just too weird, i'm outta here.

Ha ha,I have been there when going to Acura tech school.Got drunk with a bunch of guys from down south.We didnt get back to hotels till 2am.Rough goin next day at tech school it was.

Oh great. The comment that starts the flame wars :T. Problem with EvoM is, people love to assume that they know anything and everything. Lets not jump to conclusions here.
Hey buddy, shut up, read the thread okay? He's got his own business. I can vouch for him. He's in online marketing and pays for everything himself. I'm a close family friend.
the fact of the matter is that an 18 year old cannot afford that on his own, as hard as he might try to prove otherwise.

im 20 years old bought my evo in june and have over 10k into it
and im not funded by my parents at all if this kid says he works for his money
why cant you believe that
this IS CT the highest paying state in the nation and the richest state in the nation its not uncommon for a 16 year old kid to start out making 10-12$ an hour
which at that pay is plenty of money to afford an evo when you live at home
use your head guys at 12$ an hour with taxes youre talking about 380+$ a week which is 1520$ a month you can afford quite a bit on 1500$ a month when you live at home
anyways this is def a good story and once again bump for some fellow connecticutians
