Warentee question

Warentee question

I was just wondering, but the leather has seperated on my steering wheel. i just bought my car 5 months ago. i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if you guys think that mitsu will warentee it? Its not from abuse considering the car is in mint condition. Well neways just curious to see if this has happened to other people.

They should cover it.There have been other threads about this problem,and the dealer replaced the streeing wheel.

I beleive they will, depending on your dealership. However, they made say that since you car has mods you were gripping the steering wheel too tightly... im sure they would. lol just kidding, go for it

yea no joke my dealership will probably tell me that since i put a aftermarket turboback on that the horsepower gains are so incredible that they ripped the Stitching apart in my steering wheel.

good luck man mitsubishi is notorious for voiding the warranty even for the dumbest things ( tinted windows!!!!! )

a dealership i believe is not allowed to void a warentee if the problem has nothing to do what the mods done.
