There is a "how to" for a exhaust but..really it's very straight forward.

all you have to do is get under the car and start unbolting stuff. It looks daunting, but the hardest thing about doing it all is really getting the bolts to come unstuck. Its relatively straightforward and it really is much easier if you have someone to help out.

before you start make sure you get an O2 sensor removing tool, you should be able to get it at any auto parts store. i did mine by myself a few days ago and it was pretty easy to do, but my O2 sensor was stuck to the stock cat. at first i tryed to just use a regular open box wrench and it would not budge, bought the O2 sensor tool and anti seize, still nothing, it just started stripping it. so i got a hack saw and cut through the cat and used the O2 tool and a breaker bar and it came off. it took me longer to get the O2 sensor removed than it took to replace the whole rest of the exhaust in my case. but not everyone has this problem!
you can do this with one person but i highly recommend a buddy to help. you don't want to scrape up your new exhaust trying to move it into place. also heating the seized bolts with a torch helps in removal.
