Was the car the guy refered to as an RS white?

I'm pretty sure that the RS, RSII is only available in white. I find it weird that Mitsu would actually release, a GTA, GSR, and RSII. But hey i'll take any RSII any day.

 

Dont count on any of the RS models coming over. If they do it will be in very limited numbers for racing in the US. GT-A is a no brainer for the US market and comes only as an automatic. If we are lucky we will get a GSR as well.

 

Leather ? hmm, that will be the first thing I remove from my car.
Rally car not supposed to have leather.

I want to get an Evo with the Recaro seats. They look so much better than the leather seats.

 

OK seats are a personal choice...but if in fact you are getting a similar spec to the Jap Evo GTA, then did you guys notice the missing bonnet air vent on the bonnet...it'll be a ***** if it comes with that!

Also on another topic for all your Audio crazy guys and girls...if you think you can't put a double DIN headunit in the dash then your wrong. You can and you have to specify to the dealer when you buy the car that you would like the double DIN space. So they will move the aircondition dials lower into another case below the dash, still within easy accessibility. This is a maker option in Japan.

If your not a Audio freak, well it would be wise to still to have the space for all the gadgets/meters you will put in.

Anyone read their new issue of Car and Driver? It says that the Evo VII is coming, but with only 250 hp due to a smaller intercooler. Whaddaya think about that?

 

no no, Rice, like if you read the last motor trend it says around 276hp. Realy it has like over 300hp supposedly but due to it being imported and some Japan thingy like they can't say it. Also as I said before, well at the Auto show the Mitsubishi reps that I talked to said that same thing, as in "yeah its really over 300hp, they just can't say that" and yeah. Honestly who knows, but I shure freaking hope it has more then 300hp:headbng2:

 

in usa do u hav any of the other evos? like 1z, 2z, 3z, 4z, 5z, or 6z? even if they werent available brand new? oh and wats so bad about leather seats? the gsr evoz r supposed 2 b the nice road going evoz. the rs version evoz r the rally 1z, usually they come with no electrix becoz they r made 4 people who want 2 take them strait in2 rallying (and they usually only come in white, unless sum1 has painted them themselves). and wat is a evo gta? i live in new zealand and we only get gsr and rs evoz. and also, no1 really noz 4 sure wat the true power of the latest evoz r, becoz the japanese manufacturers hav an agreemant that their cars will only hav a max of 205 kw, which is about 280 odd hp, but unless sum1 gets a dyno run on 1 themselves, no1 will know 4 sure. man u americans r unlucky not even having brand new evoz yet!
