this is my experience with both south coast mitsubishi and anehiem mitsubishi. im a hard working firefighter so my time off is very important to me. id rather be home with my family instead of spending all day getting jerked around at a car dealership. with anehiem i tried dealing over the phone and they werent going to have that. i went into the dealership and got jerked around some more. these kind of people would let me put 20k down and pay 700 a month if i was stupid enough. needless to say i walked out.
i called southcoast and did most of my deal over the phone. in fact the guy that answered my call was chris the sales manager. this is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. i explained to him i didnt have allot of time and i wanted to do as much over the phone as possible. no problem he would hold the car for me untill my next day off. i showed up and was greeted by another nice guy named hooman. he took me straight to chris and i can say we were done with everything in about 45 minutes. chris made sure i got the evom price for 26,999 plus i got my military discount and my loyalty rebate. ive owned mitsubishis since 1997. i showed chris my pre approval from my credit union and he even beat my credit unions rate. ill give southcoast my business anytime over anehiem thanks again chris, hooman, and of course rigo i owe you guys a cold one at a stripclub
