clmate control problem
It sound worse than it is. If you have the Mitsu Evo shop cd the dash is a few parts and most of them are large even so if they were to some how break anything you will get a brand new replacment. Unless you plan on selling the car in a few years, I would definately get it done. Its an obvious problem, it took 2 TSB's and they said the car would be needed for a day when in actuality I took it over at 8:00am and it was done at around 1:00. JMO

first off there is no way your warranty is voided with exhauast and a MBC if your worried about them taking note of you MBC then take it out! i have an 03 with aem ems and a 2.3L strocker, i had a temper tantrum in my car when some guy cut me off so i started slamming on the horn hard enough to get it to slide off center. i took it to mitsu one day before my warranty went out and they gave me a new XI steering wheel ($1600+) no questions asked. my point being they cannot legally denie you warranty work because of a aftermarket part that is on a completely different part of the car. for example you have a mbc and your turbo blows up, that wouldn't be covered by warranty. but lets say you have a mbc and your ac is stuck on well how did a MBC cause that part to fail. just go to the stealership and have them fix it for free but remember to write down your mileage so the lot boy doesnt drive it.

I was wondering the same thing abou tthe warranty work and having an electrical prob has NOTHING to do with my mbc tbe and boost gauge (which is poered through the radio anyway. hahah thats funny because when i went in to make tthe appt for tomorrow morning... the guy asked if i was dropping it off. I said "no thats ok ill wait no matter how long it takes". I would rather be safe and sit in the waiting room all day then get a call saying one of the guys in the shop crashed or damaged it much worse than it is. I'd be kicking myself in the *** for years. yes years I love this car way to much to leave it anywhere. I would park in my room if i could.
