Trust me, you have to turn the buckle that attaches to the hotside and turn it.. It will work

Its not the O2 housing.

I could bet money that the Forge UNOS is not hooked up correctly OR its a combination of using the HARD spring in the UNOS.

Currently the MBC is not even hooked up. The wastegate is hooked directly to the turbo right now for testing to try to solve the problem. The MBC is completely out of the equasion as I stated previously.

Tested the WGA and the arm travels approx. 1/2". Not sure if that's enough, don't know enough about our WG. The arm has been readjusted and there is minimum preload on it currently. WG moves freely when WGA arm is removed.

Replacing all of the lines in the boost system currently to ensure there were no leaks. Everything has been checked and double checked to be hooked up correctly. Hoping for a miracle here.

The stock boost system only works properly with the stock boost lines. What did you mean by hooking the wastegate directly to the turbo? I thought when you removed the MBC, you re-hooked up the stock boost system going to the BCS and such (this requires the OEM hoses with restrictor pills).

we hooked the turbo directly to the wastegate so the car would only build as much boost as set by the wastegate to eliminate outside factors (bcs, mbc, ect). what do you mean it only works properly with stock boost lines?

I'm only referring to when the stock boost system is hooked up. I thought that's what you meant you did when you said you removed the MBC back on page 1. I would have done that as a test, too, not just connect the turbo to wastegate.

We will try that next. May have found a section where a hose attaches to the nipple where the hose is swelling. Hoping to have this resolved TODAY
