VERY good luck - take a look at this . . . this one is BEFORE emanage . . . . http://www.pruvenperformance.com/images/aldyno3.JPG

and AFTER emanage ign timing adjustment . . . . http://www.pruvenperformance.com/images/aldyno4.JPG

You can see that the trq curve comes on much harder - much smoother and the trq powerband is much wider - same peak HP - but the area to the left is drastically improved

Best of all - the emange holds the tune perfectly on the evo viii - no "relearning" or other strange ecu corrections like we used to have on the wrx

Just as soon as my lungs heal - (I got a bad case of broncitis by breathing in too much exhuast fumes) - i'm headed back to make some emange base maps on a bone stock evo

Wow those are some pretty impressive numbers there man. One question thats a calculated HP figure right? Would you know what your WHP was? I was looking at your HP curve and Tq curve, there seem to be a couple dips that you could probably fix and improve the numbers.

That is comming soon - I did NOT have it on the car for that dyno run - - - it was on the car this weekend - butt dyno says another 10 - 12 HP on top 5500 - red line - - now its OFF the car - a heat shield is being made and then it will be ceramic coated and put back on the car for more dyno testing

What did you use to program the E-Manage? Why not the E-01?

How difficult was it to tune it.. Well, with a 4w dyno I'm sure it wasn't too hard..

I used a lap top and the emanage link cable - - set it once and have been driving it every day with no adjustment needed

Damn Al, looks like you need to give me another test drive. I need to feel what that new Torque number feels like. Let me know when. I'll meet you at Eclisse for lunch.

Not to take the spot light away from your Evo AL, but Dan's (Godspeed) STI dyno 303ft/lb torque & 286WHP with a HPBC & Downpipe.
