turning radius and fuel economy

 

1. small gas tank
2. rust
3. cruise control (put in aftermarket unit, so worth it.)
4. crunchy transmission and gears, even thought I haven't abused it

 

^ which reminds me...the gearbox feels so weak compared to an STi. The STi just feels so much more mechanical. But I hear shifter bushings change that

 

Turning radius is another thing that annoys the hell out of me.

other than that I love my EVO

 

Interior is kinda cheesy, instrument panel is too dim, cig lighter thermal fuse is really low, no good place to mount your front lic.

The stubborn gearbox, especially 1st & 2nd on a cold start.
Cheapo interior
Cheapo paint that chip easily
choice of instrumental Custer color that makes it hard to see the red line. No shift light like STI.

9rs ftw. loud ride, crappy radio, manual windows/locks,striped trunk,ect. but i love it all. i love the feeling of driving a race car every day i wake up. being able to runn away from almost anything on the road. the Xs are much more american...i guess is the best word for it.

 

I dislike that the clear on the brembo brakes fades

Thats about it , 5month old owner like much about it all

 

i have 2 dd evo's both with over 100k miles in 5-6 years.

 

NoTec whats the hells wrong with daily driving the evo????

 

1) Poor fuel economy
2) No cruise control
3) Brembo brake fade (fixed)
4) Garbage paint
5) Spoiler paint fade (fixing)
Kinda the same list like everyone else has, but this is my most favorite car I've owned hands down.

 

Turning radius. The cupholders suck, and if something spills it goes into the IC spray switch. Cruise control. The more I drive it the less these little things matter

 

1. e85 coldstarts
2. rear seats dont fold(understandable tho, and can be fixed with a roof rack lol)
3. too many clips on the undertray
4. turning radius
... cant think of anything else. 10 things is a lot haha. mainly the e85 on cold mornings sucks, especiallly since i work at 4am. otherwise i love my evo
