Haha, yes. I've had mine off for 1.5 years as well and clutch install was issue free for Nick and Pete.

Demon...I think they just had a couple bad ones vs. the tray being the major help.

Also, it may reduce lift but how fast are you really going for an extended period of time where that matters (directed to other guy)

I guess its just coincidence. I just like to have some type of covering for a safeguard; incase with the sh|tty Wisco roads kick up any debris!

All plated steel hardware except at the front bumper lip where several of the OEM plastic clips are reused. For oil changes pull the rear half of the cover - 4 metal fasteners. Also, remove a plate for access to the front jacking point.

The beatrush panel does look good, but it doesn't have a larger intercooler cut-out and it is missing the brake cooling ducts that the stock IX's come with.

Has anyone tried to fit this with a bigger FMIC or gotten it to work with the brake cooling vents?

The Beatrush underpanel works with the Nisei, AMS, ARC, Injen, HKS, Greddy, Blitz, and any other intercooler that doesn't drop below the stock bumper. The greater clearance is due to the fact that the Beatrush underpanel is flat unlike stock, which curves up making it impossible to fit large FMIC.

I'm suprised noone has been able to find any better clips to replace the stock plastic POS's.

Any idea where to look for an animal like that?
