as far as the chip i will be waiting for the cobb chip 2.0 coming out in late spring
unless there is a better chip?

the HKS intake, wont benifit you anything ! unless you tune it after installation or suffer no gain, or car issues or loss of HP ..

with 300$ , you can go either a catback exhaust
or a Tune for $200 ...

Look at my sig for the proper mod path. Do not buy a $350 intake (that's ridiculous), and we don't have chips. No idea what you mean by a Cobb 2.0 chip - they haven't released anything for the Evo yet.

Intake, exhaust + tune. Won't go wrong. Warrtalon got a perfect list for slightly modding.

 

My friend owns an STi.....He told me that Cobb is planning jumping on Evos too. Just like Buschur and AMS did with STi's.

 

Yes, but it's not a chip - it's the AccessPort. They've been saying "coming soon" for almost a year now, though...

 

I know we don't have chips, and I'm not saying Cobb is going to release one. I was just saying that Cobb was making stuff for STi's, and now planning on adding Evo to the list too

 

Uh, yes, I know...I said they are making the AccessPort, but it's been "in production" for almost a year. It's not something they just decided - this has been going on for a long time and has yet to be released.
