Completely possible however, for the cost of that custom tune you could probably pick up a CRX that will get 40mpg and run forever. You will just have to resist the urge to mod the CRX then, they are fun little cars.

I made a tune with 15psi and 10.8 afr's

I was making 25mph city 34 highway. I race my friend with a stock 2006 gti, i pulled about half a car on him lol so yes the power was greatly affected lol
